Returns and/or exchanges are only permitted within 15 days of the customer receiving their order. If 15 days have passed, once the item is received, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Items worn, washed, or used cannot be returned or exchanged. The item must be in the same condition you received it in and with the original packaging.
All exchanges can only be for items of equal or lesser value.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, then your refund will be processed in 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Lost/Damaged Packages:
RJ’s Mission, LLC. is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during shipping, nor are we accountable for refunding and/or replacing those Items.
If any packages are lost or damaged during shipment, the customer must file any claims with the mail carrier.
RJ’s Mission Foundation is no longer responsible for any packages once the mail service has taken possession.
